I don’t even know where to start! My whole experience with Manchester private hospital was amazing, they went above and beyond for me. I have been going to and from consultations at different surgeries for 3 years. I came across Manchester private hospital on Instagram and loved their results. When I went for my consultation I instantly felt at ease, I had my consultation with Dr Singh who was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. The main reason I’ve always wanted a breast enlargement was because I have tubular breasts and my breast were a little odd. Dr Singh told me the risks and possibilities of me still having a large cleavage gap after my surgery which I’ve always been hesitant about. On the day of my surgery I was a little nervous but the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable, Irene was my nurse and I can’t thank her enough, she sat with me the majority of the time I was there, reassured me of my worries and talked me through everything what was going to happen and made sure I was ok with everything. She even sat with me after her shift had finished to make sure I was coming round well. I’m 1 week post op and I went back to the hospital to have my dressings removed. The nurse who took them off was lovely and also made me feel very comfortable. my breasts are perfect, my cleavage gap has come together massively and I’m so so happy with the results The theatre team was amazing with and make me feel at ease with being put to sleep. I couldn’t be more happy and I would definitely recommend this hospital. Thank you all so so much x

I don’t even know where to start. From before my operation to my recovery, everyone here are amazing! The staff went above and beyond. The nurses Irene and Wendy were amazing with me even though their shift had finished they stayed to make sure I was ok, kept checking on me when I came out of recovery to see if I needed or wanted anything, Thankyou for the endless cups of tea they were beautiful. The theatre team were amazing too, made me feel at ease about the operation and going to sleep too (Thankyou to Wisdom if I remember rightly for holding my hand to go to sleep,) I was scared to be put to sleep. Dr shivram Singh also for doing my procedure and making me feel at ease through out. All staff were so polite and happy too, made my experience here so comfortable and at ease through out. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone. They truly are amazing. Thankyou to you all !

I had open rhinoplasty with Dr Shivram Singh yesterday, and all I can say is wow. I am blown away at the level of care I received from every single person I came into contact with. From the lovely ladies doing my blood pressure and measuring me for stockings, to the nurse, the anaesthetist and anaesthetist assistant - followed by the theatre staff, and of course Dr Shivram Singh. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and such a welcoming attitude - nothing was too much trouble. It was my first ever surgery experience so I was very nervous! This was something I wanted since I was a young girl and an experience I will never forget. I spoke to the lovely HCA called Wendy who listened to my over the top worries with being put to sleep - and she gave me lots of reassurance and told me I would be ok. I saw Dr Singh before my surgery and went through the procedure. Such a professional but friendly man full of confidence - exactly why I chose him to do my surgery. When It was my time, the anaesthetist assistant came to get me, tried so much to keep me calm and reassured me as I laid down in theatre. Anaesthetist popped my cannula in in no time, and before I knew it I had woken up in recovery to be told my surgery was over! I was wheeled back to my bedspace and within 2hrs or so, I was allowed to go home! Every single person I came into contact with was pleasant, reassuring, professional and so caring. I was given tea and toast (love a good cuppa tea!), and looked after with such dignity and respect. I cannot find any fault with your wonderful hospital. If I ever opt for a future procedure, I wouldn't hesitate to choose MPH for it. You are angels. Thankyou so much xxx

Surgery went well and results are great Mr Singh did a great job. However very unorganised with pre op and post op appointments. Waited six hours for my pre op appointment came back three times in one day. Post op has been cancelled twice and won't get it untill 12 weeks post op.
